Once you start wrestling on the mat you can either win or lose the match in a hurry. Technique from the top and bottom position is so important, yet isn't worked on much in practice. Coach Douglas presents some simple, yet effective techniques, that will help you control your positions. He begins with the top position, by teaching the 180 degree Breakdown presenting the the technique and drills to put your opponent on the mat.
